Order Policy
- All orders must be placed AT LEAST 3 days in advance
- Holiday orders place 1 week in advance.
- Before booking your order you must fill out the order request form

- $10.00 & up Delivery Fee (over 6 miles and further

Late Orders
- All orders require 3 day notice however, we do accept late orders for an additional fee.
- 1 day notice $ 10.00
- 2 days notice $ 5.00
Refund Policy
- Due to the tedious. handcrafted nature of our products. we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for ANY orders.
- If there is a defect in your product please return it promptly within 2 days Of pickup. In this case we will provide you a proportionate refund if we determine there is a quality deficiency we retain the right to judge our product quality for ourselves.
- If you do not pick up your order, we do not give a refund. Please contact us to reschedule for a new pick up time and day.
